Thin plate, plate line number can be higher, so when we need to print 120 lines of carton samples, we will use 2.84mm plate, but not only for a simple version, but also need to do some other preparation , such as replacement pads. Normally, the 3.94mm plate is equipped with a 3mm thick pad, and the pad matching the 2.84mm plate needs to be replaced with 4mm (because the flatness of the paperboard is not very good, during the printing, the contact between the platen and the cardboard surface is also Light weight; a good liner can absorb abnormal pressure during the printing process, so that the printed pattern has a good effect).
Due to the 2.84mm thick plate, the hardness of the plate is harder. If it is printed on the B-corrugated cardboard, it is easy to produce the phenomenon of the washboard. Therefore, we will make different suggestions for customers' different products, such as printing A/. B. Corrugated or B. Corrugated, it is recommended to use a 3.94mm plate, because the 3.94mm thick plate is softer and less likely to show the corrugation marks. On the other hand, the 2.84mm plate is more suitable for printing E-tiles, E/B corrugations, etc.
Because the operator needs an adaptation process for different thickness plates, the machine settings need to be adjusted after changing the plate thickness.
Currently, there are two kinds of solutions for flexo platemaking, one is traditional platemaking, and the other is laser platemaking (that is, direct plateless printing).

Another type of ink printing is preprinting. The preprinting is similar to offset printing in that it is printed on the paper first. After printing, it is laminated with corrugated paper.
