First, the hydraulic reclaimed pulp technology: Separation of the pulp from Tetra Pak's packaging to produce recycled paper; and the extrusion of plastic and aluminum components from Tetra Pak into pellets has become a good raw material for the production of plastics and aluminum products.

Second, plastic wood technology: Tetra Pak packaging itself contains high-quality paper fibers and plastic, crushed and squeezed to produce plastic wood products, such as interior furniture, outdoor gardening facilities, industrial trays, etc., to make the best use of .

Third, color music board technology: The Tetra Pak packaging will be directly crushed and hot-pressed to make a color board. Colorful music board can be made into a variety of products, especially the trash box, beautiful and durable, and low cost. The “Expo bench for the environment” that has taken off at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo is made of this material.

Plastic wood technology introduction

1. Process Description

The plastic wood process is to crush the recycled milk beverage paper packaging to very small particles (~1mm), then plasticize the paper and melt the plastic under electric heating, so that the fiber and plastic in the milk beverage paper package are firmly combined. Together create plastic wood particles.

Using an extruder to melt plastic-wood particles, and then in accordance with the shape of the end-user products in the corresponding mold after extrusion molding into plastic-wood new materials, and then cut and assembled into the final product.

2. Product testing

Instead of adding extra adhesives throughout the entire production process, paper plasticizing and plastic melting in the packaging are combined. The environmental protection monitoring department has determined that plastic wood products do not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, and plastic wood materials can be used in interior decoration, outdoor materials and other fields.

Color plate technology introduction

1. Process Description

The colorboard technology is to smash the recycled milk beverage paper packaging into small particles (1~3mm), then melt the plastic under steam heating, and then firmly bind the fibers in the milk beverage paper packaging. They are then hot pressed and cold pressed separately, and then assembled into final products according to customer needs.

2. Product testing

No additional adhesives and other chemical raw materials were added throughout the production process, and steam heating was used to melt the plastic and bind the fibers in the package firmly. The environmental protection monitoring department has determined that there are no harmful substances such as formaldehyde in the color music board products, and the color music board materials can be used in interior decoration, furniture processing, outdoor materials and other fields.

Hydraulic pulping process introduction

1. Process Description

The paper-plastic separation of the post-consumer Tetra Pak packaging is achieved through a hydraulic pulper. The hydraulic pulping process mainly includes five major processes: pulping, slag removal, screening, washing, and squeezing.

2. Product testing

In the entire hydraulic pulping process, no chemical raw materials and medicines are added, and only the physical strength is used to separate the paper and plastic. The separated aluminum-plastic screening slag can be used as a raw material for aluminum-plastic separation production. The paper-separated pulp can be used as a raw material for making household paper and wrapping paper.

Aluminum-plastic separation process introduction

1. Process Description

Aluminum-plastic separation adopts a semi-chemical and semi-mechanical method to completely separate the aluminum film layer and the plastic film layer. The process flow mainly includes preparation, reaction, sorting, purification, drying, and packaging of these major sections.

2. Product testing

After testing by relevant scientific research institutions, the separated aluminum powder and plastic film fully meet the quality requirements of industrial raw materials. Plastic film can be widely used in the production of various non-food containers after granulation. Aluminum powder can be widely used in explosives and pesticides after grinding. , paints, fireworks, aluminum-plastic plates and raw materials for gift making.
