Seal Packaging acquired and launches Itsnotpaper bags

Seal said it is aiming to help clients achieve net zero by ensuring the sustainability of its products’ raw materials, usage, and end-of-life. The company has launched the Itsnotpaper bag range, made from agri-fibres which it calls a viable and sustainable alternative to traditional paper bags. Itsnotpaper bags are made in the UK, and Seal said the material used to make them has been through a Life Cycle Assessment to ensure that it is sustainable, end-to-end. They can be printed similarly to conventional paper bags and behave in the same way, with the same flexibility and wet-strength. Sally Gabbitas said the ‘not one tree has been chopped down’ to make the Itsnotpaper bag, and is set to ‘revolutionise the UK and world bag markets’ over the next few years.
